The Music of Torah: "Experience Israel
The Jewish Agency for Israel has long been aware of the transformative effect of ‘Israel experiences,’ particularly on young Jews. With the help of generous donors, we have put this knowledge to use—harnessing the unlimited potential of Israel experiences as a vital key to securing the Jewish future.
Together with the Government of Israel and other visionary partners, the Jewish Agency provides an extraordinary array of long-term and short-term Israel experiences for tens of thousands of Jewish teens and young adults each year. ""

Frum Satire
Frum Satire: "Abraham observed the entire Torah and more, and ostensibly, this can be extended to include the other patriarchs as well; this is pretty much what we all learn in 3rd grade, and it has its source in this week’s parsha:"

As I am slowly moving towards the end of a journey (you may probably learn in next post - what's this journey), I would like to list down the important lessons that I learnt(learning) through my life through various incidents, experiences, sources, art, literature, philosophies, mysticism, psychology, science, abstractness, falsehood, deception, grief, hunger, illness, patriotism, rebellion, wealth,"

2007 September | ChaiDomains.com: " If we acknowledge that time is coming into the equation, then we know that the day is specifically mentioned, then we can extrapolate that the 52 words, is equivalent to a full calendar solar year of man. But man has not yet been created.
Man does not arrive on the scene until 317 words of Torah which correspond to 25 versus of Bereishis, and the creation of a number of many entities. (to be continued)
PS: I do not truly consider myself a Torah Scholar, as much as I consider myself an enthusiatic beginner with a great enthusiasm to learn.

Chag Sameach!
PS: The Gemara in places uses a numeric value of something of the order of 300 or more as a huge number."

What Hashem Wants?
What Hashem Wants?: "The Rosens are also, pending more information, planning to enroll both children in the optional Talmud Torah that is being developed by Hebrew Options in Public Education, a new nonprofit (pending 501(c)(3) approval) that is also helping to fund SACS.
While some question how much Judaic material an after-school program can cover, pointing to the failure of Talmud Torah programs in generations past, the Rosens are hopeful.
“This will be a little shorter, but we come from a home where we are proud of our Yiddishkeit and take joy in the holidays, so we feel we can reinforce” the Judaic learning at home, Melissa said.""

The Beis of Creation.
The Beis of Creation.: "construction of the Aron haKodesh (Holy Arc) was similar in the way that the embryo develops from three primary germ layers, which is the first significant aspect of, when the primordial or undifferentiated cells, beging to become different, and start building the three dimensional structure of living things.
The final though I had, which was beautiful in its utter simplicity, is this.
There is really no reason to be amazed, because both the frog, and the chickens embryos which we studied carefully and in fine detail under the microscope, had much in common with our Aron HaKodesh, in that they both were designed by G-d"

Bo: Hashem’s Hand
Bo: Hashem’s Hand: "“Take even your flock and even your cattle, as you have spoken, and go – and bless me as well!” (Shemos/Exodus 12:32)
Rashi comments; “And bless me as well – pray for me that I should not die, for I am a firstborn.”
The Sifsei Chachamim in his commentary explains that Pharaoh could not have been asking for merely a blessing since the words - “as well” – imply that he wanted to be included in another group – i.e. the Jewish firstborn who were to be spared.
Rather, he was asking that Moshe and Aaron pray for him that his life be spared."
